I'm not sure why you are using [card]Hexbreaker Aria[/card] seems a little bit surplus unless you will be under hex pressure a lot.

You seem to want to spread burning and then reduce damage with [card]"They're On Fire!"[/card] so I would suggest replacing the Aria with[card]Anthem Of Flame[/card]. Id also replace [card]"For Great Justice!"[/card] with [card]Blazing Finale[/card], but thats just personal preference.

I honestly don't like the build.

If you are H/H, leave the damage to eles and necros. The paragon could use They are on Fire, and should bring all other kind of shouts (mainly from command line if there are melee in your team, and some motivation if there are many casters).

Anyway, it's up to you to run whatever build you want on your hero.

That build won't cut in HM.

Heroes are actually pretty poor with Blazing Finale, unless you manually cast it on the melee.

Personally I've never seen them cast it on anyone but themselves.

That is what I meant. Which means they are pretty poor with it, since they don't fight in melee, and if melee come up to them, they run away. Which is a pretty poor use as far as I can tell.
